Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
All orders for books and apparel will be shipped within an estimated three business days after the order is placed (must be post-publication date for book orders). There is no guarantee processing your order will be completed within the estimated time. We currently offer domestic shipping through USPS, which should take between 2-7 business days to arrive after the order has shipped. International shipping is also available for certain items, with multiple options available in the checkout cart. Please note that for international orders, additional customs fees and import taxes may apply Journalistic Revolution LLC is not responsible for any additional charges that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Taxes
Washington State residents will be charged sales tax on their orders.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless the product is missing and not delivered, in which case Journalistic Revolution LLC will provide a replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at JRevWebMaster@protonmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that Journalistic Revolution LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for items that are damaged during shipping. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance or delivery confirmation for your order, please contact us at JRevWebMaster@protonmail.com before placing your order. International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is missing and not delivered.
